Delivery Timeframes
Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors, such as carrier delays. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Youthful Stories works with print-on-demand production, meaning all products are unique and produced only when ordered. As such, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered, or if the customer changes their mind. However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a refund or reprint, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at (888) 703-4146. When reaching out, be sure to provide a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple products with the same design are affected, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5") for direct-to-garment
If the wrong size or color was ordered, we cannot offer refunds or reprints.
In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
