What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand means that your product is created specifically for you only after your order is placed. This ensures each item is unique and reduces waste by avoiding overproduction.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

Why do print placements vary slightly?

Due to the nature of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, there is a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches for print placement. This slight variation is normal and not considered a defect.
